Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

All products sold on ABZGlobal.net are digital products (templates, digital assets, code snippets, downloadable resources, etc.).
Once a purchase is completed, the product is delivered digitally and becomes immediately accessible.

Because of this, traditional returns do not apply.

2. No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Although we do not offer returns, refunds may be granted in specific cases, including:

The digital file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
The product is significantly different from its description
You were charged incorrectly
Duplicate purchase of the same product

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

You changed your mind after purchase
You did not review the product description carefully
The product does not fit your specific use case
You lack the technical knowledge to use the product
Compatibility issues arise outside the product’s stated requirements

7. Usage Terms – One Website per Purchase

All digital products sold on ABZGlobal.net are licensed for:
